• How much is a subscription?

  Subscription prices vary depending on the time period you subscribe for. Our current rates are $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year.

• Will payments automatically renew each month / year?

  Payments automatically renew at the end of each month or year depending on your subscription unless canceled. You may cancel at any time during the month or year if you do not wish for the payment to automatically renew. Once canceled, you will still have access to the site until the current biling cycle ends.

• How do I cancel the paid subscription?

  You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by logging in with your username and visiting the 'Account' tab. There should be a button there to cancel the subscription.

• How can I reset my password if I forget it?

  Please visit the "Login" tab and click the forgot password link. Simply provide the requested information and a password reset link will be emailed to you.

• How can I change my password / email address?

  Visit the "Account" tab and from there you may edit your username and/or password.

• I created an an account but never received a confirmation email, how can I activate my username?

  The activation email may have been filtered into your junk or spam folder, so please check there first. You can request the email be sent again by visiting your account page and clicking 'resend activation email'.
